몇 년 전에 갔던 어떤 면접이 하나 기억이 나요. 

일반적인 면접으로 시작 해서 여러 가지 가상의 근무 상황 속에서 면접자들의 능력을 평가하는 여러 개의 과정으로 이어졌어요. 

다 해서 몇 시간은 걸렸어요. 

꽤 힘들었지만 동시에 재미도 있었고 정교하게 짜여진 과정이 사실 마음에 들었어요. 

그들이 고용하려는 사람에 대해서 얼마나 신경을 쓰고 있었는지가 확실히 느껴졌어요.

I rememnber going this one job interview many years ago.

It started with a standard interview followed by a series of performance tests where the interviewees were put through a number of simulated work scenarios.

The whole thing took several hours.

It was quite demanding but it was also a lot of fun and I was honestly quite happy with how rigorously the process was designed.

It cetainly gave me the impression that they really cared about who they were hiring.
